Kindergarten Registration

for 2019-2020

• Must be 5 on or before September 1, 2019
• A certified birth certificate must be presented on registration day or by the first day of school.  
• Proof of residence must be presented on registration day.  Please bring lease or mortgage paper and 2 bills with your current name and address on them.  
• Students entering kindergarten MUST turn in a current physical and all immunizations by the first day of school or they will not be allowed to attend classes.
