Did you know short-term memory is limited?  That means, you can only fit so much in  when you study.  To free up space and transfer the information to long-term memory sleep is required.  This means nap breaks are great when you are studying and reviewing your notes right before going to sleep at night is ideal!

Come see the spring musical,  "Big Fish."  Show dates are April 20-23 and 27-28.  Tickets are $8 for reserved seating, and $7 for adults / $5 for  students for general seating.

This week's senior of the week is JD Villafuerte. JD's favorite school lunch is the taco, favorite teachers are Mr. Robinson and Ms. Urbance, favorite movies are Warrior and End of Watch. JD plans to attend St. Ambrose University and play football in the fall. Something you may  not have known about JD is that he has webbed toes!
