ISU ROTC ProgramNational Scholarship Program for SeniorsThis is only the first opportunity for students to apply for a scholarship. If they are not competitive enough at the national level they can still compete for a scholarship at the university level. Roughly 95% of the application process will take place on this site http:www.goarmy.com/rotc/scholarships.htmlThe students will also be required to take the Presidential Fitness Test (can be given at the high school by their PE Teacher or Coach) and conduct and interview with a Professor of Military Science (PMS). They can choose to do their interview here at ISU or at another university with a PMS. It does not have to be done at the university they want to go to. The students are making no commitments whatsoever by applying. They can turn down every offer they may get. In addition, they have the entire freshman year to back out of their commitment if they feel this is not the right path for them.
