Here at West, we like to celebrate students and staff who are caught doing great things, and this year, it is even more important to celebrate our Wildcats! To do this, we have a program called “Catching the Kat-itude," in which the NCWHS staff nominates students, staff, and student groups who follow the four learner characteristics of RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, INVESTED IN LEARNING, & COLLABORATION. The winners are not only announced but they will also receive a special treat and a shoutout on the West social media pages! Today, we are announcing our first round of winners! If your name is listed, look for an e-mail with some important information about retrieving your prize.

This week’s Group/Team/Club/Class winner is the Senior Class Board. They were nominated by Mrs. Maynerich who says: “I have been very impressed so far with senior board. Although we have not been able to have a regular homecoming this year, they have been very responsible by communicating and sending out reminders to members and sponsors. Shout out to Jennie Mulholland for being a great leader.” Mr. Franz will get a certificate to share with each of you!
Once again, congratulations to each of this week’s winners, and “thanks for catching the kat-itude!”
It’s a great day to be a Wildcat!
RAWR, RAWR, RAWR!!!
