Mindful Iron is a meditation club. Our goal is to practice and foster more mindful (i.e. thoughtful, compassionate, empathic, patient, engaged, etc.) ways of living through learning about and practicing meditation.Club Sponsor: Stefen Robinson
We practice seated meditation, listen to guided meditations, occasionally do walking meditation, and occasionally have guest speakers or instructors.
We meet every day from 8 to 8:15 AM, and every Wednesday after school from 3:45 PM to about 4:15 PM or by appointment.
There are no officers in this club; we are all learning and practicing together.
