  • About Me
    This is my 34th year of teaching mathematics, but only my 2nd year here at West. I spent the first 32 years of my teaching life at University High Schol in Normal.  For nearly 30 of those years, I taught some level of Geometry, ranging from basic to accelerated. I really enjoy teaching this subject and hopefully I can convey my passion to the students.  This year I have the privilege of co-teaching Geometry in Construction with Mr. Lehr.  I will also be co-teaching two sections of Pre-Algebra with Ms. Franks.  Outside of the classroom, I am an FMP mentor and will be working with both the girls basketball and softball programs.  Some of you may also know my lovely wife ... she is one of the fine counselors here at West! We have three grown children and one rambunctious grandchild (with a 2nd on the way this fall).
