Here you will find the packet you will need to complete for your Student Teaching Experience: STUDENT TEACHER PACKET

  • The packet should include the following:
    • $56 for Background Check - may pay online at this LINK or send a check payable to Unit 5
    • TB test results - must be dated within the 90 days prior to starting
    • A self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a copy of your background check report 

Student Teachers are assigned and handled by the Curriculum Department. If you have specific questions, please request the department using the contact information above; do not contact HR.
