SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING TRANSPORTING FROM AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN HOME ADDRESS: Transportation requests may be made for your home address or from a daycare location if it is within the Unit 5 district boundaries and as long as pick-up and drop-off addresses stay consistent throughout the week (Monday-Friday).
