Kindergarten Registration 2022-2023

WELCOME TO CEDAR RIDGE!  BIENVENIDO! 

If you have a kindergarten age student (must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st, 2022). Please call the Cedar Ridge Elementary School office at 557-4413 to begin the registration process.  An online registration link will be emailed to you after contacting the school.

Below are the required documents you'll need to have ready to upload during the online registration process.  These forms can be uploaded during the online registration process (preferred method), mailed to the school, or dropped off at the school office.

• Certified birth certificate
• Proof of residency.  Please click HERE for a document showing types of documentation accepted.   
• Physical with immunizations dated on or after August 20, 2021 (this does not need to be done for pre-registration in March, however, it will be required prior to the first day of school in August 2022.)
• Vision exam form
• Dental exam form

If you are in need of assistance for online registration, please call the main office at 557-4413 to schedule a time to meet with one of our Office Assistants.
