     Lifestyle Management is a collaborative Physical Education and Family and Consumer Sciences course with a focus on person wellness through both exercise and nutrition. Goal setting and personal assessment will be the emphasis in both components of the course. The exercise component of  the course will introduce different methods of lifetime fitness choices for example: brisk walking, Pilates, aerobics, cardio room equipment use and resistance training.
