    I am currently one of three LBS1's (Learning Behavior Specialist) working at Northpoint.  This year I am working with kindergarten and 2nd grade.  This is my 12th year working in Unit 5 and my 20th year teaching.  My role is to support students with an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) in the classroom.  I spend time co-teaching in the CORE in the classroom and also working with students in small groups and during intervention times.
