FAMILY AND TEACHER CONFERENCES
One of the biggest impacts on a student's success in school is the investment in his or her education by the adults at home. Family-Teacher conferences are one of multiple opportunities in Eagle Nation for this kind of investment. This year, our conferences will be held on Friday, October 25th. Please "fly with us" by continuing to invest and support our work!
As in the past, families will be using an online scheduling system to sign-up for conferences (available here). Sign-up for conferences will be available starting Friday, October 4th and it will close at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24th.
Please note that teams and/or teachers hold various types of conferences. Many teams and/or teachers will indicate to you via email, notes home, Infinite Campus messages, etc. on whether you need to sign up for a conference slot, or if there is a large group open house format, in a specific location, during a specific time, along with other options.
How do I schedule a conference?
Please go to our link for the PTCFast Online Scheduler. If you do not have internet access, please contact Mrs. Mattocks in the counseling office at 557-4694.
Please make sure you select the correct team, e.g. 6A, 7A, etc. and/or individual staff members when you sign up for a conference. Note Exploratory, Music and PE teachers will also have conference time slots available.
How do I know I have scheduled a conference?
You should receive a confirmation email of your scheduled conference. If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour of registering your information, please check your email’s spam filter.
What do I do if I have questions?
If you have questions, concerns, or just need options due to unavailability of time slots being taken, please contact your student's teachers.
