In order to be approved for a conference or workshop click on the Approval Form link below and follow the directions. Upon completion, you, your building administrator, and the appropriate district administrator will be emailed a copy of the request. Once approved, you will be notified by the appropriate individual.
Upon completion of the conference or workshop, the Conference Reflection Form below must be completed and returned to the District Office for reimbursement. This document should be printed and sent to the District Office with ALL ITEMIZED RECEIPTS and other materials pertaining to reimbursement.
