In the Business Entrepreneur Leadership Training (BELT) Program at KJHS, our mission is to train future business leaders and generate new and innovative ideas that better tomorrow's society.  We train business leaders while also providing a service to the school that promotes positive behavior for all students and it is run by students.  Eighth grade BELT students fundraise, maintain stock, and provide customer service for our student-run K Cart Program, a rewards system promoting positive behavior as we strive to empower our educational community, building upon one positive action at a time.
