NCWHS Announcements – Wednesday, November 9th, 2022
The boys and girl’s cross-country teams finished their season this weekend. The Girls placed 10th overall and the boys placed 26th. Congrats to freshman Julie Bach for placing 6th overall to become and All-State athlete!

Hey Wildcats, BSU is having a meeting this Thursday in room 234A from 3:35-4:35, come join us.
BSU, Nuestra Voz, Key Club, & Promise Council will be hosting a food drive next week starting November 14th. We will be collecting non-perishable items to donate to a local organization. The boxes for donations will be located in the main office and various classrooms. BSU's & Nuestra Voz Instagram & bulletin boards for more information.
Mock Trial cases are in -- if you are interested in joining the team, please pick up a copy from Dr. Bierbaum in room 110 and be at practice this Friday from 3:35-5:00pm in room 110. Email or see him with questions.
November is National Runaway Prevention Month. Project Oz is the only runaway and homeless youth provider in McLean County. How do I get involved? Wear Green on Thursday, November 19th. See the flyers posted on the What’s Up Wildcat boards for more information.
Non-winter sport athletes who are serious about making self-improvements, changing your physical appearance, enhancing your athletic abilities, and preparing for your next sport, then attend BFS (Bigger Faster Stronger Program) in the Weight room starting Monday, November 14th, from 3:45-5:00pm. Attention Students: Do you need help with homework or just a quiet place to study? Then our After School Assistance Program is for you. It takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays in the IMC from 3:35-4:35. Transportation is provided. If you have questions, please see Ms. Taylor or Mrs. Goveia.
In honor of Native American Heritage Month, the IMC has some amazing books on display that celebrate Native American heritage, culture, and identity. Check out one of these great books today!
