State Farm Good Neighbor Grant ProgramDo you work for State Farm and volunteer 40 or more hours in a calendar year for Carlock Elementary?Through the Good Neighbor Grant Program, the State Farm Companies Foundation awards a $500 grant on behalf of each eligible State Farm® associate (active employee, agent, or retiree) who volunteered a minimum of 40 hours per calendar year to an eligible school or nonprofit organization. Registration for New Students
Students that are NEW to Carlock Elementary should attend walk in registration on July 31st anytime between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. If you have moved from outside the Unit 5 area, please click HERE to view and print the documents needed to register you student(s). In order to help the process go smoothly, please print the entire packet and bring it with you already completed to registration. We will need one packet per student being registered. Please bring all required forms of identification with you: certified birth certificate for your child, proof of residency (need TWO different types-see address verification form for types needed), and a physical with immunizations. Fees of $130 per student will also be due at this time (checks may be made payable to Unit 5).
