The College Board has added a second date for the 2020/2021 PSAT/NMSQT exam to be administered. Normal West High School will be offering this second administration on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. This is an  optional exam that juniors can take in order to qualify for scholarships through the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, including scholarships through corporations like State Farm and Country Financial. The cost of the exam is $18, though it is free for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. Students who took the PSAT/NMSQT on Thursday, October 29, 2020  are not eligible to take the test again in January .

The registration site will be open from Tuesday, November 17 at 7: 00 AM through Tuesday, January 12 at 11:59 PM. You will pay as you register so be sure to have your credit card available at the time you register.

SENIORS:   Wednesday, October 14th -- SAT (with writing)
Due to the April, 2020 exam for 11th graders cancelled, the state is now offering another test date to meet the state requirement.
*All Seniors must take this exam and it is a graduation requirement. If you cannot take it in October, you will have one more opportunity on April 13th, 2021.  You must sign up for this exam in order for us to meet all the COVID guidelines of preadministration, social distancing and self checks.
