Culinary Arts II
Culinary Arts II is a high school, one semester class that provides students with an opportunity to investigate relationships of food and science. Students explore how culture, technology, the environment, and economic policies affect how we relate to the food we eat. Students analyze the production, processing, preservation, and packaging of the industrial food chain and compare it to more local, slower, and community based food systems.
