• Advanced FACS

    Advanced FACS is a class designed for 8th graders.  This class includes five units of study: Financial Literacy, Nutrition and Cooking, Sewing 101, Interior Design 2.0, and Life Management Skills.  This curriculum builds on the Intro to FACS class students take as a 6th or 7th grader.  It challenges students to use prior experiences to navigate new challenges.  Students practice reading, thinking, listening, teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills while participating in hands-on learning.
