New Family Registration ~ Monday, July 30th
New family registration for Benjamin will take place on Monday, July 30th from 3:00-6:00 pm, in the Benjamin gym. Please note that this is a different registration day than most of the Unit 5 elementary schools. New families should bring 3 different forms of address verification. One needs to be a mortgage/lease document. The other 2 can be bills, a driver's license, etc... In addition, please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and medical records, including physical, immunizations, dental, and eye exam. We look forward to meeting all of our new families!
Facility Use Requests
If you are interested in using our facility for student activities, you may complete the forms listed below and submit them to Mrs. Chris Kriter, beginning Monday, September 11, 2017, at 7:00am. State Farm Matching Gift Program
State Farm employees can now submit for State Farm Companies Foundation Matching Gift Program for any monetary donations made to Benjamin PTO of $25 or more. The most common type of donation is that made to Un-raiser at the beginning of the school year. State Farm will only match monetary donations.
