MOBILE HEALTH CLINIC
The Carle mobile health clinic will be at Woodhill Towers on the third Monday of each month for the rest of the year from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The next clinic is Monday, May 17.
Please note this is a "primary care office on wheels" for individuals of all ages. This clinic will offer immunizations, too! Patients will not have any out of pocket costs, and individuals can have private insurance, no insurance, or Medicaid. The staff at the clinic works with individuals to connect them to a medical home if they don’t have one, and they will sign people up for Medicaid, if needed. Also, there is also a social worker on the van that does a SDoH screening and can refer individuals to community resources.
Please find more information about this opportunity here.
