    CROSS COUNTRY PRACTICE BEGINS JULY 31ST

    Must register on 8to18 and have current sports physical BEFORE attending 

    4-5:30 pm weekdays at PJHS XC startline.

    Sports physicals can be dropped off at drop box, front door of PJHS (please realize it will take time to process drop offs that are last minute).

    Daily attendance is expected (out of town excused).

    Parent meeting 1 (brief to get first day started ) July 31st, 4-4:14 pm, in parking lot.

    Parent meeting 2 (season expectations etc.) August 7, 5:15-5:30 pm in parking lot.

    First day of school (8/16), and there after, practices will be daily: Mon-Fri 4-5:30 pm, at PJHS XC startline; Saturdays (when meet not scheduled) 10-11 am at Jersey Hill/Ewing 3 beginning August 19.
