• Chess Calling all Grove Gators

    Do you love to play chess?  Do you love to challenge your mind? 
    Then the Grove Chess Club is for you!
     
    Grove Chess Club exists to allow children to learn and enjoy chess while experiencing healthy competition and team spirit.  Chess is used to develop critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and competitive maturity. All Grove Gators are invited to be a part of the Grove Chess Club.  
     
    There will be an informational meeting on Thursday,
    November 30th from 6 - 7 pm in the Grove Cafeteria.
     
    Registration and payment are due by Friday, December 1st.
     
    The first night of chess club is Thursday, December 7th, 2023. 
     
    Beginner 5:00pm - 6:00pm in the Kindergarten Commons.
    Intermediate and Advanced groups will meet from 6:00pm - 7:00pm in the cafeteria.
