    dot My Stop is a web-based application available to all Unit 5 parents to access live bus GPS information using a smartphone, tablet or computer and securely view the current location of their child’s bus on routes.   • HELP THE PROMISE COUNCIL WIN $25,000

    Help us keep the Promise to provide students with School Supplies. @SFNeighborhoodAssist Each year we provide some school supplies to teachers who need them for their students, we purchase Homework Planners, and offer backpacks with supplies to any student in need. Please take the time to vote by CLICKING HERE . We want to be within the top 40 organizations in order to bring $25K. This money helps all of the schools who have a Promise Council within their school.

  • BACK TO SCHOOL HELPLINE

    Unit 5 knows that the beginning of a new school year brings with it lots of questions. Now, the answers are just phone call away! Call the Back-to-School Helpline: (309) 557-HELP (4357)

    Helpline hours are:
    Aug. 13- Aug. 31: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    The helpline will be open Monday through Friday. 

    Families with transportation specific calls should contact 309-557-4BUS (4287).

    The goal of this helpline is to make the beginning of the year as stress free as possible for Unit 5 families.

  • FOOD MOBILE

    SATURDAY, AUGUST  18 at Normal West High School there will be a Foodmobile distribution serving residents of McLean County.

    It is from 10-11:30am in the Cafeteria.

    Each family leaves with between 3-5 days of food including fresh milk and produce.

  • ABC REGISTER FOR KINDERGARTEN

    It's time to register for kindergarten for next year. Children reaching the age of 5 on or before September 1, 2018, will be eligible for enrollment in kindergarten. Parents should bring a certified birth certificate, current immunization and health records and proof of residency. Students entering kindergarten must turn in a current physical, vision, dental exam and immunization records. Students will be excluded from school without physical and immunizations by first day of school.
