The Black Tower

Herculeah is a confident young detective.  This mystery takes her to the old Hunt mansion with a dark tower where she reads daily to her mother’s friend, a lonely stroke victim who cannot speak.  She becomes involved in a family feud and mystery involving money and murder. Against her best friend and funny sidekick Meat's better judgment, she keeps going back to the house and puts her own life in danger.
