Please include this form and payment to Mrs. Heaser in the IMC.  Checks can be made payable to Towanda Elementary in the amount of $10.00. 

Your child will be able to pick from a selection of books that were pre-ordered for this purpose.  We tried it a different way last year ordering from Usborne, and this is how we are trying it this year.  The books will be ready to go as far as a child checking it out...all we'll have to do is: put your child's name and birthday plate in the inside cover of the book and it will be donated in their name.

The last Friday of each month the books will be presented in your child’s honor and your child will be the first to check the book out at their next library time.  If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Heaser (heaserlm@unit5.org) at school for more information.
