Architectural Engineering And Design

An advanced class that focuses on architectural and engineering design fundamentals. Each student will be required to complete a set of house plans that will include: a floor plan, elevations, sectionals, foundations, mechanical, electrical, and other required information such as a kitchen detail. Students may participate in field trips to observe construction site work. Students will have the opportunity to create and keep their completed set of residential drawings. This course is offered for one semester or a full year.
