Did you know short-term memory is limited?  That means, you can only fit so much in when you study.  To free up space and transfer the information to long-term memory sleep is required.  This means nap breaks are great when you are studying and reviewing your notes right before going to sleep at night is ideal!

Interact Club will meet after school, on Tuesday, April 4th, in room 246.

Key Club will NOT meet Monday, April 3. Next and final meeting Monday, May 1.

This week's senior of the week is Greg Zaroogian. Greg's favorite school lunch is chicken nuggets, favorite teachers are Mr. Keogh and Mr. Christopherson, favorite TV show is Friends. Greg plans to attend starting in the fall. Something you may not have known about Greg is that he collects ocean water from around the world.

Juniors - Interested in being on prom court or know a friend that deserves the honor?  Prom Court nomination forms are available in the main office!  You can nominate yourself or a friend.  The deadline to submit the nomination form is Monday, April 10!

Lady Iron Soccer Fans:  Cheer on the varsity girls’ soccer team as they play two rivals in the Intercity Tournament at home next week during Spring Break – Monday, March 27 at 4:30 pm versus Central Catholic and Saturday, April 1 at 10:00 am versus U-High.  Adult admission is $4.00 and student admission is $3.00 for each game – no Unit 5 or student activity passes will be accepted since these games are part of the Intercity tournament.  Good luck Lady Iron!
