Team Contract

In order to maximize the benefits to our students, the following contract must be signed, (by student and parent), and adhered to by each student. Violations will result in the loss of Team privileges, including, but not limited to, participation in field trips.

Items that cause ineligibility:

        1. Ace

        2. Saturday School

        3. Out of school suspension

        4. 3 or more behavioral detentions L

        5. Restricted computer use

        6. Behavioral incidents (office referral for bad behavior in cafeteria)

        7. Bus referrals (For, disrespect or insubordination)

        8. Disrespect or major insubordination at school.

        9. Violation of the science safety contract.

 Team teachers, parents and administration, have the final say in determining eligibility for all activities.
