Principal

Mr. Arnold

Mr. Arnold has been the principal of Prairieland since the 2006-07 school year.  Previously, he served as principal at Pepper Ridge Elementary School in Unit 5 and as Assistant Principal at Illinois State University's Thomas Metcalf School.  Administratively he has also worked at Normal West High School, and Chiddix and Parkside Junior High Schools in Unit 5.  Prior to becoming an administrator, Mr. Arnold was a special education teacher for eight years.  

Mr. Arnold is especially proud of the nurturing and supportive community that makes up Prairieland Elementary, where it's always a "Great Day To Be A Cougar!"
