The Snake

          The snake is a fascinating animal.  It lives in a unique habitat, has adapted many survival skills, and has other interesting qualities.

          The snake lives in a unique habitat.  The snake lives almost everywhere!  Most venomous snakes live in the desert.  A lot of snakes live in the rainforest.

          The snake has many adaptations that help it survive.  A snake’s tongue has a special thing in it to help it sense stuff because of its poor eyesight.  Its scales help them do lots of stuff it even helps them climb trees!  The male fertilizes the female’s eggs.

          There are other neat facts that make the snake a neat animal.  I can feel vibrations in the ground.  The biggest snake is the Anaconda, it will eat almost anything!  Snakes have a keen sense of smell

          The snake is quite an animal.  Its habitat and adaptations make it unique.   Can you believe the males fertilize the female’s eggs?

My Family

      My family has six people in it (including me). We do a lot of things together. Once we saw “The Simpsons Movie.” It was so funny. We watch movies on demand. We go to my grandma’s house for a big dinner with the whole family. We play outside at my grandma’s house. We have cookouts at my house. My mom is forty. She’s nice. My mom likes to cook and to do stuff with me. My dad is nice. He likes to play sports with me. My brother, Tom, likes to be mean!!! He’s in 5^th grade. My younger sister is in first grade. She can be annoying, and she can be nice. My older sister is in high school. She’s sometimes nice but mostly mean. My dog’s a Shitzu. She’s obedient. She sometimes lays on her back and kicks and hits and twists. We call her “karate dog!” But her name’s Belle. My family’s rabbit runs everywhere!! She even climbs up the stairs and in my room! Her name’s Flofy. She poops a lot!! She is hard to catch. We got her from one of my dad’s friends. I hope she never goes in the basement!! My big sister and I had a hamster. Mine was named Whiskers. My sister’s was named Bear. Mine bit me a couple of times. My sister’s didn’t that much. My sister’s was really fat! Mine was skinny. She also had a fat guinea pig. Her guinea pig was lazy! She’s dead though. My sister was sad. We buried her guinea pig in the back yard.
