The Crocodile

The Crocodile is fascinating animal.  It lives a unique habitat, it has adapted many survival skills and other interesting qualities.

The crocodile lives in an unique habitat.  It lives in swampy wetlands and they are found in South America, Asia, Africa, and Austrailla.  They have to live in hot weather or else they will die.

The Crocodile has many adaptations to help it survive.  They have thick scaly skin to keep the water out of their skin.  It has a huge mouth to eat its prey whole.  If the crocodile didn’t have its tail then it wouldn’t be able to swim.

There are other neat facts that make the crocodile a special animal.  The female crocodile lays eggs between 25 and 90 eggs.  The baby crocodiles eat bugs, birds and fish.  When the crocodile wants to eat it gets just below the water then when a bird or fish comes….SNAP!

The crocodile is quite an animal.  Its habitat and adaptations make it unique.  Can you believe that the crocodile can be over 100 years old.

My Family

I have six people in my family, including my dog.  I have two older sisters.  Their names are Abby and Jessica.  Abby is 12 and Jessica is 16 and she just got a new car!  My dog’s name is Gordy.  He is a two year old pup.  My mom works at State Farm.  My dad works at State Farm too.  He played and coached over 500 hockey games.  My mom and dad are very special.  My mom played basketball in high school.  My dad has two brothers, and he is the middle aged.  My mom has a brother and a sister.

My family has dinner together every night except Wednesday because my sisters have to go to their dad’s.  We have game night every Tuesday night.  My dad and I go to my hockey games and practices.  We have family meetings every year.  I am glad that I have a family as special as I do right now.

How to Make a Simple and Good Paper Airplane

There are many ways to make a paper airplane but I am going to show you an easy one.  You will need a blank piece of paper.  First you make the paper vertical then you fold both of the top corners together like the first picture shown above.  Next you fold a little below the corner so it looks like there’s a triangle at the bottom.  Then you fold it in half.  Finally fold down both sides.  Then fly!
