The Whale

          The whales are a fascinating animal.   It lives in a unique habitat, has adapted many survival skills, and has other interesting qualities. 

          Whales live in a unique habitat.

Whales live in warm water.  They migrate to warmer water in the     winter.  They live in sunny places.      The whale has many adaptations that help them survive.   Every year they travel a lot of kilometers.  There fluke is strong.  There fluke is there tale.  Some whales spend all summer in the cold waters.

            There are several other facts about the whales.  One of the facts I like about the whale is they can make big noses.  They can stay under water really long. They can make big splashes.

My Family

          My family is really special to me.  There are six members of my family.  My mom plays softball.  She also has brown eyes.  My dad works at State Farm.  His eyes are green.  My sister Rachel likes to read and ride her bike.  My brother Tyler makes a lot of noises and tries to talk.  My dog Maggie is friendly, but sometimes she gets in a lot of trouble.

          I really enjoy the time I spend with my family.  The best thing we do together is watching the Cubs games.  Next we would probably go outside.   My mom and I would play catch.  My mom and I like to play game cube.  On bike rides we would either go to another neighborhood or we would go by Happy Splashes.  My family and I do a lot of stuff together.

How to Shoot a Basketball

    Here is how you shoot a basketball.  First you have to have a basketball in your hand.  Then you put your right hand on the right side of the basketball, and your left on the middle.  Then you bend your knees and shoot with your right hand and then it goes.  The ways to remember to shoot is eyes, elbows and follow through.
