Books and Bites is a lunchtime booktalk program, offered by Mrs. Vittitoe and the Young Adult Librarians from the Normal and Bloomington public libraries.  Students who participate can enjoy lunch in the IMC while hearing about the latest and greatest in new books.

The IMC’s first “Books and Bites” program of the year was held on Wednesday,  November 24th.  Fifty-five students attended to eat lunch in the IMC and hear booktalks about Rebecca Caudill nominees.

Our next session will be held on Thursday December 16th, and we will feature mystery books.  Students who wish to participate in the program should sign up during the week of December 14.   Those signed up should bring their lunch or get a “First-in-Line” pass for the cafeteria.  Soft drinks will be provided.
