Permission Form

Parents:

Thank you parents for supporting your son or daughter's interest in wrestling.  Your support throughout the season is what makes Parkside Junior High Wrestling successful.  Please make sure that your wrestler has their physical exam form turned into the office and the information form filled out and turned in.  The form that should be turned in can be found just above this message on a clickable link.  Just click on Permission Form and print it off, sign it, and give it to your wrestler to have turned in at school.  Thanks again.

 Donations!

Please remember that we are asking each wrestling family to donate an item to the concession stand.  We ask that the following items be donated:

6th grade families:  1 case of soda (Mt. Dew, Sprite, or Diet Coke)

7th grade families:  1 case of water

8th grade familes:  1 case of pop or water

Python Orders:

Remember that all clothing orders need to be turned in by December 5th (Friday).  If you plan to fundraise for the warm-ups, don't worry about selecting the black hoodie or open bottom sweatpants.  All athletes will be given the warm-ups.  If you do not sell the required amount of items, you will be charged for the warm-ups toward the end of the season.  All of the money earned and raised with stay with the wrestling program and will help out the future wrestlers that come through PJHS as well as those that are wrestling right now.

Parent Volunteers needed

Parents:  Each night during and after practice, there will be a sign up sheet for the home concession stands for our wrestling meets.  Please look over the times and dates and volunteer a time that you can come in and help out your team.  When more parents volunteer, it means that everyone spends less time helping with concession and more time is spent cheering on our wrestlers.

State Farm Parents:  State Farm parents that are interested in volunteering give an added bonus to PJHS wrestling.  If you are a State Farm employee and you would like to help the Python wrestling program, please contact Coach Kintner for more info.
