The Library Card
Create a new library card like might be used in this book. Put your name on it (real or a make-believe name), fill out some basic information (be creative!) and put a bar code on it. Print the template below and write and draw in the information. Or.... use Kid Pix to design your library card. Start with a rectangle shape!
