Classroom Have permission to speak. 

Have permission to get out of your seat.

Be in your assigned place  when the tardy bell rings. 

Have materials ready to use. 

Have assignments done.

All chair legs on the floor. 

Use hands, feet, and objects appropriately. 

Leave all gum, toys, electronics, and collections at home.

Playground Speak in a friendly manner to everyone. 

Share; take turns. 

Use appropriate touch. 

Return all borrowed equipment. 

Use all equipment safely (as it was intended). 

What's on the ground, stays on the ground.

Walk to and from the playground.

Use a pass to leave the area. 

When you arrive before school, sit in your class line. 

At lunch recess, be in your class line immediately when the bell rings;  wait for your teacher/ supervisor.

Dress for the weather. 

Use hands, feet, and objects appropriately. 

Leave all gum, toys, electronics, and collections at home.

Cafeteria

Allow anyone to sit next to you.

Use quiet voices

Speak in a friendly manner to everyone.

Look for an empty space; ask to sit down. 

Keep all food to yourself.

Clean up after yourself.

All food must stay in the cafeteria. 

Get all milk,  utensils, and   condiments the first time through the line.

Return all trays and utensils to their proper places. 

Sit bottom on the bench, feet on the floor, facing the table.

Sit in your seat until you are dismissed or get a pass. 
Bathroom

 Clean up after yourself.

 Knock on the stall door; give people their privacy.

Use quiet, kind voices. 

 Keep water in the sink.

 Use soap and water to wash hands.

Put towels in the garbage can. 

 Be quick.

 Leave as soon as you are finished. 

 Keep feet on the floor.

 Flush the toilet after use. 
Hallway

 Keep hands off hall displays.

 Use kind words and actions.

Use quiet voice. 
Walk single-file facing forward usually on the right side.

Stay in line with your teacher.

You must have a pass to take a project through the hall before school; otherwise, go to your teacher’s fire door. 

 Use hands, feet, and objects appropriately.

Jump outside—not in the hallway. 
Assembly

 Listen and watch.

 Use appropriate applause.

Use hands and feet appropriately. 

 Bring just yourself.

 Sit quietly.

 Use restrooms before the assembly; otherwise, emergencies only. 

 Walk in quietly.

 Sit in your assigned area.

 Sit on your bottom facing front.

 Focus on learning. 

Stay seated until dismissed.

Enter and leave in an orderly manner with your teacher.

Follow your teacher’s directions. 
Music, Art, P.E., Story Time/Tech, IMC

 Listen carefully and quietly.

 Obey adult directions the first time.

 Talk politely and quietly.

 

 Ask for help if needed.

 Do your best.

 Try your best.

Participate respect-fully and with enthusiasm. 

 Have all necessary materials with you.

 Be in your seat and wait quietly for instructions.

Return books on time. 

 Walk at all times.

 Use materials appropriately.

Keep the room orderly. 
Fieldtrip

Obey adult directions the first time.

Listen quietly to the person in charge.

Treat property with care. 

Clean up after eating.

Keep bus windows at the designated lines. 

Arrive on time to your assigned area.

Dress according to the weather.

Bus/Van

Snacks and drinks are for home only.

Use quiet voice.

Obey adult directions the first time.

 
Use hands, feet, and objects appropriately.

 Sit in the       assigned seat.

 Sit on your  bottom.

 Wait for your bus or van in the assigned area. 

Keep aisles clear.

Be quiet at railroad crossings

Enter and exit in an orderly way (line). 
Front Door Area & Front Sidewalk
(Before and After School)

Talk respectfully to everyone.

Obey adult directions the first time. 

Stay in your assigned area.

Use hands and feet appropriately 

Have all necessary materials with you when you arrive or leave.

Right away go to your assigned line (playground or gym) when you arrive 

Wait until your ride stops.

Walk carefully to your vehicle.

Fasten your seat belt.
