Pathfinder for Foods II project (example country S. Korea)

The student will be able to provide information on the following 6 items using a variety of sources.
  1. Food related economy – crops, exports, industry, etc...
  2. Typical dishes (list 5 dishes and provide recipes for 2)
  3. Special occasions and holidays and the foods typical of that occasion
  4. Special preparation and/or serving techniques (unique to country)
  5. Meal patterns and customs – when, where, what they eat for meals
  6. Any other facts that would relate to that country and the food they eat
