Marching Band
The marching band is an extracurricular activity at Normal West.
The marching band has performed at:
- Home football games
- The Labor Day parade
- The Normal West Homecoming parade
- Numerous Chicago locations
- Cincinnati, Ohio
- Toledo, Ohio
- Louisville, Kentucky
- The RCA Dome in Indianapolis
- Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis
The Normal West Marching Band has been a Bands of America Regional Finalists and a National Semi-Finalist. In December of 2001 they were named Class Champion at the Fiesta Bowl Band Competition in Phoenix, Arizona.
