NCHS softball a perfect 10-0 with win over Saints

The Ironmen used a five-run second-inning
outburst to down Central Catholic 7-1 and run their season
record to a perfect 10-0.
CCHS (1-11) took a 1-0 first-inning lead before NCHS fired back
with an 11-hit attack. Courtney Sharp had two hits and drove in
two runs while Jessi Smith also had two hits. Lisa
White added three hits, including a triple and an RBI.
Two NCHS pitchers combined to limit the Saints to three hits.
Megan Nonnemacher (7-0) went the first five innings to pick up
the win.
