2009 Kingsley Junior High School Cross Country Directions

 

 

Clinton Invitational (Saturday, August 29th  and September 22nd)

  1. Approximately three miles South of Clinton on Rt. 51.
  2. Turn west on North County Road 225 (Little Gaililee Signs)
  3. Stay on Little Gaililee Road approximately two miles.
  4. Church campgrounds are located on the right side of the road.
  5. Take the camp road to the left toward the lodge.

 

East Peoria Invitational- Fondulac Park (Saturday, September 5th)

  1. Take Interstate 74 west.
  2. Take the East Washington Street Exit (Exit 96).
  3. Turn left onto East Washington Street.
  4. Turn left onto Springfield Road.
  5.  

Morton- Northwoods Park  (Monday, September 14th)

  1. Take Interstate 74 west.
  2. Exit I-74 at Morton Ave. take Morton Ave. north to Courtland Street and turn right (Culver’s and Wal-Mart). 
  3. Take Courtland to T-intersection at Main Street and turn left (north).  Northwoods Park will be on your right immediately after Oakwood Park. 

 

Mahomet- Lake of the Woods (Saturday, September 19th)

  1. Take I-74 towards Champaign. 
  2. Take Exit 174 (Prairie View Road).  Go about a ½ mile to the stop sign and turn left. 
  3. Go another ½ mile to the next stop sign and turn left at the bottom of the hill. 
  4. Go about a ¼ mile to the top of the hill and turn right into the park. 
  5. Park in the Hilltop Parking Lot.

 

 

Dunlap Invitational Detweiller Park (North of Peoria) (Friday, September 25th)

  1. Take I-74 West to Peoria.

2.      Exit on Adams Street (a one-way street) and drive northeast approximately 5 miles to the park. The course is on the west side of the road.
