Athletic Try-Outs—Clearance is through the Main Office.  Current physical, birth certificate, and Athletic Permission form required.  Contact Lisa Heyungs (888-6904) or an administrator.  Coaches do not handle ANY paperwork for the athlete, other than to collect the gold slip.

 

Food Service/Cafeteria/Lunch—Contact Patti Burton at 888-6931 with questions concerning food service accounts, food allergies, etc.

To report an absence/late arrival/early dismissal—Phone the attendance hot line at 888-6905 before 8:30 a.m. NO HAND WRITTEN NOTES ACCEPTED.

 

Homework request after 2 consecutive days of illness—phone the attendance line at 888-6905 before 8:30 a.m.  Homework will be available after 2:45 p.m.  Check team website for assignments. 

 

Early dismissal due to weather—Check the website (www.unit5.or) or listen to AM 1230 WJBC, 101.5 WBNQ, or B104 FM
