K.J.H.S. Cavaliers

Winter weather is HERE! There may be times when Unit 5 will dismiss school early due to inclement weather.  It is important for you and your student to have an early dismissal plan in place.  Please discuss with your child what they are to do if school is dismissed early – especially those who are picked up by a parent/guardian after school. Buses will run their regular routes and adjust times accordingly. It is difficult and sometimes IMPOSSIBLE for our staff to deliver last minute messages to students.  Please check the Unit 5 website (www.unit5.org) and listen to the following radio stations for school closings: AM 1230 WJBC, 101.5 WBNQ, and B104 FM.  Thank you for your support in this matter!

The word of the week is zany, an adjective meaning amusingly crazy, clownish.  Her zany personality made her great to work with.
