Fall Open House
Open House is held the day before the first day of school. This is a time to meet your child’s teachers, classmates, and other parents. This is also a special time to explore your child’s classroom and get acquainted with the building in general. 

Hoose-n-anny
Hoose-n-anny is our outdoor fall festival held during a school day in October. It is a fun day of games and activities with a country theme. Lots of helpful volunteers are always needed for this exciting event.

Carnival
Another opportunity for lots of volunteers is our spring carnival. This family event traditionally brings students back even after they no longer attend Colene Hoose. The carnival provides the opportunity to play games, win prizes, buy a chance on raffle items, and even grab something to eat. Even better, your entertainment dollars are supporting the school!
