Morning Drop Off
Best Option
– In general, it
is best and
quickest to drop
off your
child(ren) on
Grandview facing
north (walk up
the sidewalk)
or in the
south parking
lot -
Constitutional
Trail. I
recommend this
as the best
option in the
morning.
 Morning
Drop Off South
End
(Constitutional
Trail) – Do NOT
enter the bus
lane on the
south side. Drop
your child off
in the south
parking lot or
on Grandview
facing north.
This is the best
option.
Morning Drop
Off North End
(Vernon Ave)
– It is a good
choice to avoid
this side to
drop off in the
morning,
especially after
8:05. If you
drop off 7:55 –
8:05, it’s
typically clear
of any bus
traffic. If you
arrive between
8:05 and 8:10
you will begin
competing with
several buses.
If you arrive
after 8:10, plan
to wait several
minutes as the
buses unload. In
some cases it
takes time to
unload our
medically
fragile students
and other three
year olds.
North End
(Vernon Ave) –
Do not park your
car in the north
bus lane. If you
need to come
into the
building, park
in a designated
parking space on
the north end or
park in the
south lot and
enter the main
entrance (office
area).
Principal’s
Recommendation
– In the
morning the best
option is to
drop off
students in the
south parking
lot or off
Grandview
(facing north).
It’s a short
walk to line up. |
