| Part One - by Mrs.
Hinshaw |
| The motorcycle zoomed down the street to the
Post Office. Off jumped an old lady in a pink
bathrobe. She was wearing fuzzy elephant slippers and
had curlers in her hair. She looked around very
carefully and then quickly dropped five eerie looking letters
in to the mailbox. "There," she thought,
"now it has begun." She jumped back on to the
motorcycle and sped back to her home, the old Pickering house
on the hill at the edge of town. |
