Magyk
By Angie Sage
Fantasy
Magyk
was a very thrilling story. You were hooked from the first paragraph. Silias and
Sarah Heap have seven children but on the night the youngest one is born he is
pronounced dead by the midwife. Silias finds another baby hidden in the bushes
this one a girl on the very same night his youngest son was pronounced dead.
They name her Jenna. You begin the see the mystery of Jenna and Septimus Heap as
the story goes on. Jenna finds an important secret about her life and she goes
on a wild adventure running from the head custodian. She goes to the swamps and
discovers an important thing underground while her friend boy 412 from the young
army finds a secret about himself as well. All the while they are hiding from
Dom Daniel and his apprentice. While you read about Jenna and her brothers you
begin to realize that most of the book is foreshadowing and it leaves you
guessing threw the whole thing. This was a good fantasy and will be recommended
to others.
This book was a long book about five hundred pages but you want to finish
it as fast as you could and when you finished it you will be sad its was over.
