Pathfinder for Foods II project (example country S. Korea)

The student will be able to provide information on the following 6 items using a variety of sources.
  1. Location, geography, topography, and climate
  2. Food related economy, agriculture, crops, exports, food processing, industry
  3. Meal patterns and customs - when, where, what they eat (or do not eat) for meals
  4. Commonly used cooking techniques, aromatics, and serving presentations
  5. Regional dishes - describe four and print recipes for two (students will vote on submitted recipes for the foods lab)
  6. Special occasions, holidays, or ceremonies and the foods typical of that occasion
