| Some Tips... |
Back to 4H |
- If you know you are going to be gone
ahead of time, I can try to get your child's assignments gathered
together for you.
|
- All tests will be given on the day
your child returns if s/he was present for the review. (For
example, if a study guide was sent home on Wednesday and Betty Sue
is absent on Thursday, she will make up the test on Friday unless I
receive a note from the parent or guardian asking for an extension.)
|
- Your child will have as many days as
he or she was gone to make up the missed work.
|
- Much of what we do is "in-class"
work involving lecture, discussion, group work, etc. Missing
school should be avoided whenever possible. With that said,
keep in mind...
|
|
|
- Students should be fever-free
(without Tylenol or Motrin) for 24 hours before being sent back to
school.
- Students who go home with a fever or
who have had vomiting or diarrhea , should not be at school the next
day.
- If you follow these guidelines you
will help your child return to health faster, and the rest of us
will stay healthy, too!
