About Mrs. Heineman

Mrs. Heineman has taught in Unit 5 Schools for many years.  She taught Business Education at Normal Community High School for 5 1/2 years.  She taught HomeBound Instruction for Unit 5 and District 87 schools for 10 years.  When Kingsley Jr. High School opened in 2003 she began to teach 6th grade Computers and continues to teach the Computer Skills classes at KJHS. 

Her husband is the principal at Colene Hoose Elementary.  She has a son and three daughters and one grandson.  She enjoys watching softball and volleyball, traveling, playing tennis and teaching.  Mrs. Heineman and her family are Cubs and White Sox fans.  They also cheer for the Chicago Bears.
